The company started in 1983 as a premier cookie dough and baked cookie manufacturer and has grown to a medium sized corporation with 6 manufacturing facilities. English Bay Batter has accomplished a high standard of quality that has created a strong demand for our gourmet products. The Gourmet Cookie Line has won Best Cookie of Toronto, Vancouver and Phoenix. We won "Best of Show" and a Gold Medal at the American Tasting Institute for four consecutive years (1999 - 2002).
English Bay Batter is available for all distribution channels: Food Service, In-Store Bakeries, Private Label, C-Stores and Club Stores. We offer our own (English Bay Batter) brand, co-manufacturing, Private Label and blending opportunities. We have a new line of Pastry products for dairy case - English Bay Brand or Private Label : cinnamon buns; pretzels; biscuits; crescent rolls; danishes and pizza crust.
